Why is a comments section included on the session view page?

This feature allows the public to comment on individual sessions.  Some advantages of this feature include:

1. Opens a dialog with constituents who were unable to attend the session in person.
2. Provides an easy method of feedback regarding any video or audio issues specific to that session or location.
3. This section is monitored and all offensive language is removed.
