How do I turn off the "CTRL + Click" requirement for opening hyperlinks?

This is a Microsoft Word setting.  Use the following steps to remove the necessity to hold down the CTRL key while clicking hyperlinks:

1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Click on the File tab, and select Options.
3. In the Word Options window, navigate to the Advanced tab.
4. In the Editing Options section, un-check the "Use CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink" checkbox.
5. Click OK.
